Small Groups
A more individualized approach that focuses on strength training with proper and safe form in a smaller group setting (a max of 8 clients). Consistency and accountability is the cornerstone of everything we will do together in these small groups!
If you want to become stronger, more lean, and build relationship with someone who can help guide you on your fitness journey, I want to help you. We repeat the same group of exercises for 8 weeks (Tuesday: upper body; Thursday: lower body). We will work on progressive overload, which is the foundation for building your strength and a lean composition. Every week we record weight and repetitions, aiming to improve in our lifts every week. Small groups are my passion and the basis for more muscle mass and a leaner figure.
