Teaching, instructing, coaching, and motivating have always come naturally to me.
Prior to having my first child, I taught elementary school for 8 years. After she was born, I started organizing stroller workouts for myself and other moms to do together. My passion for fitness has been something I’ve cultivated for many years; you can also often find me creating workouts on girl’s trips and holiday weekends!
I’ve been an avid consumer of bootcamps, group classes, CrossFit, Orange Theory, boxing, cycling, step-classes, lifting, and running half-marathons - you name it, I’ve tried it!
For the past four years I’ve spent time building my own workouts and sharing them with friends - affectionately coined “Shaanercise”. I’ve been asked for years if I’m going to teach classes, but the timing hasn’t been quite right. Until recently when a friend suggested I start offering bootcamp classes! I took some time to think, pray, and in God’s perfect timing, Shaanercise has officially come to fruition.
