Bootcamp Class
Classes are typically 50-minute, circuit-style workouts using weights, bands, kettlebells, cardio machines and a variety of other equipment. Sometimes total body, sometimes upper or lower body, Shaanercise promises to get your heart racing and challenge you physically.
Most importantly, it brings together a group of women who encourage, motivate, and support one another in their fitness journeys.
